Virtual Meeting

 Abstract Policies & Guidelines

• Please download and use this abstract template available here.
• Abstract submissions are now closed – All abstracts had to be submitted electronically by August 7, 2020 (11:59 EST) 
• There is a word limit of 300 words plus one optional figure or table.
• Abstracts must include all co-authors of the abstract, including the presenting author and their level of training. Select the level of training in which the bulk of the work was performed (for example, a project completed primarily in residency but presented in the first year of fellowship should be submitted at a resident level).
• The abstract should be structure with sections titled: background, methods, results, and conclusions.
• No revisions or changes will be accepted to submitted abstracts after the deadline.
• Notifications of acceptance will be provided by email at least 1 month prior to the meeting.
• NOTE:If previously submitted to a different meeting an abstract may still be submitted.

Virtual Presentations

As this year’s meeting will be hosted virtually, all accepted oral presentations will need to be submitted by September 14, 2020.
